This home is located on the high side of a bend in the river. This creates a high steep bank for the rivers approach. The river channel also follows along the bank thru this bend along our side of the river. This creats a deep point as soon as you step into the river. We have stairs and a walkway most of the way down the bank. Most of the year when the river is high this is not an issue. In the summer dry season when the river receeds low it can become difficult to get in and out at our location. But, there are a number very close public access points for river accessibility.
